Applying the Bates Method? - Joe100 - 07-30-2016

I am new to the Bates method of eye improvement. I have the book: 'Perfect Sight Without Glasses'. I have read through once and and planning to reread. I find it hard to figure out a plan for eye exercises. Would appreciate any advice or direction to books or online help to apply this.
