Please post your opinions and testimonials of the Bates exercise method on children. More and more kids have refractive error these days compared to years ago. This may be very helpful for certain parents/caregivers in implementing right decisions and steps in eye care for the children
Thank You

Minimal use of glasses, especially for close work like reading. Using glasses intended for distance up-close leads to progressive myopia, needing stronger and stronger glasses. Use them only when you need them. Check out Janet Goodrich's excellent book "How To Improve Your Child's Eyesight Naturally". Overall, see if you can instill the idea in the child that seeing is fun and exciting, not a struggle. Children should be playing, not having "working on their eyesight" as another chore!
