Hello guys I just started doin peripheral excerices nd i got black cardboard paper using nd while i put 1 inch by 7 inch paper nd when i move my hands at side rapidly paper keeps flickering doesn't remains stable which makes my eye stress nd bit pain so i wanted to know how can i overcome this?? Nd in which light is it best to do peripheral excerices??.. Plz do reply..thanks? got prescription of -4.25 left eye nd -5.25 in rt eye...
