Palming for 20 minutes - Otter - 04-23-2007

I usually palm only for 20 minutes because I'm really busy with homework.  After I palm for that amount of time, I see better but not perfectly good, like 20/40 or something like that, and my original eyesight is worse.  I'm not sure if that is okay, but will that improve my vision?  Please answer ASAP because I'm anxious to check my routine.

Otter, have you read Bates yet?  I read it about three times before I started...  Otherwise I suggest looking for a Bates teacher...

20 minutes is fine. Do it twice a day if you can, or more often.
