I have the habit of taking cold showers daily. It's good for blood flow but I've got no relief from eye strain or even ear strain (I think I may be suffering from this too) from it.

I've tried this method 2 times and it works great, it seems to flood blood into your eyes. I want to do this daily since my eyes are always tired, but there is a problem. I don't think that in Romania...

Today I've got too some (temporary) improvement: I've got a 20/20 clear flash on cloudy weather. Comes to show that even not doing the exercises and ignoring your eyes is much better than wearing glas...

The doctors have no explanation for Visual Snow, which is annoying for very many people (check outhttp://www.visualsnow.com) so they might be completely or partially wrong about floaters too.

I don't know if they're illussions. They seem to happen when my right eye is dry so we might not know. I'm going to check my eyes soon to make sure everything is alright.

There are some variations to it. Sometimes I see it without any flowing floaters, just some big, ugly veins positioned in a circle surrounding the light. They look like tree branches.
