Hi, Can someone please provide methods to deal with social anxiety? I cannot relax at all outside when I am around people. I tense up and it's not good for the eyes. Thank you

I have one. When I used it I was able to see better but that was only because the lens of my eyes was sharply flexed. It doesn't stay that way because the tension eventually dissipates.
