After my PVD is done my eyes should go back to fairly normal right? If there are no retinal complications my eyes should be as healthy/same risk for disease that it was before the detachment?

Also, is my NVI journey over? What i mean is now i have PVD is it impossible to get 20/20 vision / perfect healthy eyesight?

What your saying seems incredibly dire, when my eye doctor at the hospital told me it was very common and nothing to really worry about.

I really do think strain is my problem. Even now the back of my eyes are sore due to them feeling like they wanna escape my head. I also have the problem that any relaxation exercise actually stresses...
