Yes vision starts with the mind. Once you make "the realization" or connection then you will cease to thinking about the eyes.

-Watch tv at comfortable viewing distance. Cover my right eye - dodge, dodge, dodge my vision. Then cover left eye - dodge, dodge dodge. For some reason, I find it easier to dodge with one eye closed....
