Agreed. Bates method yielded no results for me except for some clear flashes. It's really sad to see that people who are interested in vision improvement have to get through all the Bates stuff first ...

This is some good advice albeit more for prevention than rehabilitation. Just with this you won't cure myopia but it's a good way to keep the eyes healthy and relaxed. The diet part is especially help...

Well I observed people with glasses too and I didn't notice any difference. They were blinking just like everybody else. But maybe I should start paying more attantion to this again.
