In my opinion, its the asian people who frequently wear glasses. Most people i know that are asians wear glasses.. Maybe due to close work studying?

If someone finds that swinging softly *with eyes closed is more relaxing than *eyes open, should one practise it? I mean, people should do what is most comfortable for them, right?

90% of what i normally do is shifting on objects, no snellen. the other 10 % is swinging and palming. What other methods can you guys recommend us to do ?
