The eyes are much easier to relax when they are moving (shifting), and concerning this:

1. A temporal feeling of slight effort is due to that the eyes are undergoing a reshape (cure) back to round shape.

2. When the eyes are eventually round it will be possible to move them effortlessly, and the vision is clear.
