infinity swing done with the eyes only? or is it most benificial to do the infinity swing as an eyes & head exercise? Like i've heard to pretend you're drawing with a pencil on the end of your nose

Always move the head with the eyes.
Yes, you can do it with nosepencil.

When the sun its strong at the day,do you recommend to go to the street with sunglasses or leave them to enjoy the radition from the sun ?

No sunglasses. They impair the vision and health of the eyes. Use in emergency for safety to see when driving, walking into glare. Then take them off soon as possible. Blur, cataracts, watering eyes, loss of natural tolerance to sunlight, lowered health, function of eyes, brain, body occur.
Skiers use them to prevent snowglare burn on the eyes cornea but skiers that are used to the sun dont need the sunglasses.
The sun is healthy. Wear a hat with a wide brim to prevent sunburn, over exposure to strong sunlight.

I loved the domino analogy, where once you can heal that first aspect of vision (movement, right/left brain hemispheres, relaxation, ect...) then the rest will come a lot easier

As i hear, the first "sunglasses" made by Chinnese Judges many thousands years ago, to hide their emotional reactions and show no emotions during interrogations, trial and such.

Funny thing that the didn't made them for actually sun protection. That can only means that no one at the time, heaved a problem to look at the sun, and probably most of the people where un-strained.

So. wear them only for style. 8)

About shifting,you say to the eyes move from themselve. What you mean ?
Because is my mind who say to my eyes where to look.
