With the long swing you discover the rythm of your body.
It is like swinging to music, with awareness, it is the same free relaxed feeling,
when you've done the long swing you take that rythm with you as a more relaxed and stronger person.
When you close your eyes, and think of something far away,
then you are home.
Once you notice how fast your eyes move.
Do not try to catch effortlessness, because it shall come to you !

That is why music awareness is important for me.
It is the awareness in the music that throws away the strain out of my body.

I listen to Schiller music. It is a world of music.

One such door opener is deep empathy.
Deep empathy is in fact also improved by Bates vision improvement,
and it is due to the increased awareness of details and the increased ability associated to get curious.
It has lot's of positive consequences.

It is important for clear vision.

Mindfulness expert, Jon Kabat-Zinn describes mindfulness as “paying attention to the present moment with intention, while letting go of judgement, as if our life depends on it.”

Today I listened to a mindfulness teacher.

She said that mindfulness is a tool you can use very generally in your Daily Life to handle stressfull situations in a more calm and controlled way.

I Think many people misinterpret mindfulness for being som meditation that you need to set off time for in your calendar.
This does not have to be the case. For instance when you drive the car you might notice that you are driving the car but you are not there in the car mentally, because your thoughts are somewhere else. In this example mindfulness helps because it lets you feel that you are really there driving the car, instead of worrying about what happens in the future or why you didn't help out in the past. You focus for a while on the moment and it reduces stress. It is as simple as feeling that you are here and present, and not somewhere else.

The humans that for instance came to Europé 30000 years ago is no different from us regarding how the body reacts to stress. But as all here know the society has changed so much that the system in your body (e.g. immune- hormones-, autonomous system) might fail to handle the stress.
This is why mindfulness can help people, because this concerns all of us.

I think maybe that David and others could spin off from the mindfulness. What I mean is that mindfulness is in a way rather mainstream and rather accepted by the public. Actually Bates method I think is based on the mindfulness and includes all those aspects, but Bates method is not that mainstream. It is rather strange.
