Hi,

I'm seeing clear images but they're doubled - I see a clear image but around it are double/ghost images. This is with one eye covered too. How does one make the images appear to be clear and crisp.

If you see double then you need to blink in a relaxed way.
The double/ghost image is a sign that you are not blinking often enough and the blinking is probably not relaxed enough either when you see this double/ghost image.
If you blink hard than it might be that you see double, and this can confuse you, because you might believe that your eyesight is improving as you are not aware of the double/ghost images, but in reality your eyesight might even get worse instead of improving because of the strain you have when you blink.
This is bad behaviour because you don't learn how to relax your eyes when you see a double/ghost image.
So it is imortant that you get rid of the double/ghost image.
If I really have to see something clear, for example text at distance then it can actually happen that I am forced to blink hard in order to see the double/ghost image to see clearer temporarily, but in long term I always blink relaxed.
You get wrinkles if you don't relax to, so you better relax your eyes instead.

Good advice from hammer. You might also try just slightly shifting your eyes/face/etc. to the left or right, back and forth, or slightly up or down. This may help to get the eyes pointing together better, looking into the same distance at the same time. and blinking, always blinking - maybe try a slow blink followed immediately by a fast blink. And don't hold your breath.
