-1 dipoter recovery

hello , i am having problems with vision -1 diopter and i am 18 years old , currently using +2 lense theapy and some eye exercises to improve more vision.
I have tryed doing eye exercises like near-war focus and eye cyrcles.
My problem probably is caused from computer usage ,about 6-7 years usually 4 or more hours a day.
one more problem is with sunlight as it sometimes takes about 10 minutes for eyes to relax in sunlight.
Is there any specific exercises for adition to + lenses?

You can work at a computer for 4 hours,but your mind has to be at rest and doing the correct vision habits: movement,centralization and relaxation.
