Just to clarify a few things:

1. No "exercise" or routine will help you.
2. What you mention are not "exercises", and "Sketching" is not the Bates method.
3. Eyesight is not something that should be "healed" over time, but it's something you should use correctly in order to got it working properly and bring clear vision.

From Dr.Bates:

Quote:TEMPORARY conditions may contribute to the strain to see which results in the production of errors of refraction; but its foundation lies in wrong habits of thought. In attempting to relieve it the physician has continually to struggle against the idea that to do anything well requires effort. This idea is drilled into us from our cradles. I forget to say that sketching is one of the principles of good eyesight.I know Sketching wasnt a Bates method but rather a Thomas Quakenbush method.
So i am asking what are the most important things for correct use of eyesight?
Your saying eyesight does heal but improves?
I am not sure i just want to make things clear as what are the most important habits?

Just to clarify a few things:

So what your saying is not doing the wrong things that helps improves eyesight?
Then essentially what are the rights and wrongs?
No impolitness to you mate but i just want to get clarity on the most important things of improving eyesight.

Another way to put it is that it is not so much what you do but how you do it and what benefits you get from it. Lord obviously has been able to improve his sight without doing any of the traditional Bates exercises. If you an relax without the aid of palming or swinging or any other exercise, there is no need to do them. But the important thing to remember is that as long as ONE thing works for you, you can and should stick with it for as long as you derive benefit from it.

What Lord says makes a lot of sense to me.

A practical example of 'undoing wrong habits' that way:

When I leaned a lot about wrong habits and strain, it led me to constantly trying to direct my eyes - "watch out not to do this, avoid that, make sure that you do this instead and pay attention to that..."
Somehow it didn't feel right at all and added strain instead of relieving it.

Now I found a way to train new habits and 'break old traditions' without pressure by telling myself (for example): "I don't need to see everything clearly at once, it is not even possible. Just one small point at a time is enough.
For the rest of the image, the peripheral vision will take care."

And with the resulting relaxation - by the relief of the constraint to get everything clear at once - the 'relieved' eyes are more and more able to to find back to their natural saccadic movements and larger parts will clear up, at first in short clear flashes...

And when I'm too tired and lack concentration (to focus a small point), then I simply try not to strain my eyes, I try to imagine, how I would look if my eyesight was already restored and tell myself: "My eyes do their best for the moment and this is pretty enough, more improvement will come with everyday they recover."

There is no hierarchy of habits. The most important thing is learning to relax. The most important goal is to learn what brings YOU relief, helps you obtain that relaxation. Nobody can answer that question for you, you have try out all the various techniques to see what works best for you. You start by first practicing the basics, and learning how to do them correctly. In that process you may discover a combination, or variation of something that works better for you. Whatever bad habits you have learned along the way (and there are an infinite variety of them) they have all led you to form habits of staring, unconscious effort, or over-concentration. As Lord said, by becoming aware of, and learning to eliminate them, it allows for the visual system operate naturally, unhindered (and thus clearly).

Some of the fundamental techniques listed by Bates were:

Closing your eyes
Palming
Shifting
Swinging
Central Fixation
Using the eye chart to practice memory and imagination techniques

If you are not familiar with these, start by reading David's introduction, and Bates' book and Better Eyesight Magazines. Share your experience, and ask questions if you are sure about something.

Thanks.But i want to ask.Could you give me a lead to where i can learn imagination techniques?
I cant seem to find them.I would really appreciate if you do because i have reading only about the big C imagination technique.But havent really understood how to do it.

(I am still reading the chapter on imagination but could you politely explain to me cuz i might not be sure if my own understanding is correct)
What i learned is that you have 4 habits.
Shifting
Blinking
Breathing
Central Fixation.

If you would politely tell me i would be grateful.

Bates found that it takes perfect relaxation to imagine something perfectly (or to remember something perfectly). The result of that perfect relaxation invariably produced normal sight.

I have better vision already.I dont know if its permanent or not.But after doing the imagination thing my eyes are somewhat better.Really amazing.But could you guys answer me a question, About the exercise below I dont understand what is letter o diamond type in the quote below.Is "diamond type" a font?
But really i must admit i am amazed.The thing actually worked.My eyes are a bit more clearer.I do paliming but hell imagination is really something else!

This is easiest with the eyes closed and covered. If the swing is modified, you will know that you have made a mistake. In that case repeat from the beginning.

When you get the right letter, imagine it alternately with the eyes closed and open, until you are able to imagine it as well when you look at it as when your eyes are closed and covered. In that case you will actually see the letter.

I don't know exactly what font it was - something of the early 1900s. It looks like it was around 3 pt. size type. Bates gives an example of it in his book - Chapter XVII, Vision Under Adverse Conditions. He also gives a sample of photographic reduction, which is even smaller.

With a good laser printer and good quality paper, you can print anything out that would be quite similar.

I have found reading fine print to be very beneficial, and now work with it as much as possible at 2, 3 or 4 inches. Its funny how you can get used to it after awhile, and start to see things you never thought would be possible.

But Bates did say that it centralization and imagination should be both important for he did stress against imagining of stationary objects.

How do we imagine a letter as non stationary?
Could you explain to me how its done?
