Hello, everyone!
I started doing exercises on july 29, 2012 i had the right eye -7 and the left eye -5. On august 13, 2012 (after 2 weeks) i checked my eyes: the right eye -6.5 and the left eye -4.75. Currently, i am still doing exercises and i plan to check them in September 2012, i will write about my results later on.
The exercises:
1. Palming 5-15 min every hour during a day
2. Eyes movements, eye massage and body exercises 2 times per day (morning and evening)
3. Central fixation 20 times during a day
4. Solaris 1 or 2 time per day
5. Pirate glasses 3 times per day
6. Tracking the results and planning in the diary every day
