THE BEST SNELLEN CHART -- Runge snellen card

My brother works at a Retina Specialist and one day he brought home for me a plastic Runge near point Snellen card. Unlike the typical Snellen chart which has rows of letters of the same size, this has rows of letters of a descending acuity/size. This is so superior for central fixation practice, it is incomparable. We Westerners are used to reading horizontally. You could read a typical Snellen vertically to get this same effect, but it will never be the same. Most of us have adapted our neurological networks thousands of hours each year to read horizontally, from left to right and that is how this Runge card is arranged. The near point ones are pricey, but I feel they are worth it. They allow you to get into a groove of practicing better and better central fixation, as you move from left to right.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any distance Runge Snellen chart, neither one ready made for sale, nor one printable as a PDF or any other form. Does anyone know how to make such a chart?
