Very serious headache

I got this very serious headache when not wearing my glasses, both at -4.0. Anybody has similar experiences?

You're straining when not wearing your glasses, trying to see, and when you put them on you must be straining less, i.e. not trying so hard to see clearly. You need to stop straining when your glasses are off to stop the headache.
