Taking of glasses

Is it just me or does it feel more relaxed to take of glasses before the headaches kick in anyway?

For me I like the world being 3D so I also enjoy taking my glasses off, but if a person where to be constantly negative, thinking how little they can see or adding even more effort to see better, then headaches will produce, or sometimes strain after clearer vision so headaches come as a result of a more fluctuating state of strain and so now you are more aware of it than before.
