any selutions to hand wrist pain

lately, i have that bad pain in my hands (hand wrist / carpal tunnel). so i'm looking for natural selutions to this problem.

Check your posture at the computer, maybe leaning to the right or tilting your head, right shoulder raised from moving the mouse constantly, leaning forward to see with neck and spine bent, chair too low or high or with no arms so you're always raising your shoulders to hold your arms up. Go for a totally relaxed posture.
