Like this book.

I found it free; You have to copy/paste into word and do lots of spelling fix but then you can print it.

This 'seems' to be the entire book? and the 'correct' book?
She mentions a lot of Bates and similar techniques.

I am printing in fine print to read over at night.

I am fixing up this book I got on the internet, right now; lots spelling mistakes caused by way it copies to word. When its fixed I will upload here for free view. I do NOT know if it public domain so it may have to be deleted from this post. Grab while you can; its very good!
