This is some good advice albeit more for prevention than rehabilitation. Just with this you won't cure myopia but it's a good way to keep the eyes healthy and relaxed. The diet part is especially helpful as he lists all the essentiel nutrients for healthy eyesight.

I was just talking with a senior citizen who has gone from -8 to -3 and 95% of the time goes without glasses. Flashes 20/20. Did it herself using Bates Method. She's wondering when doctors are going to be taught Dr. Bates method in college, get it out their to everyone.

I did a long swing video for 3 people that have positive results improving their vision naturally and want to 'see' how its done instead of just reading it in books. Been putting this off cause need a better camera and trying lose more weight. Living on chocolate writing books. Kinda rushed it, but here it is;
