New glasses - how do I adjust for astigmatism?

Thanks to all the help on this forum, I want to order some weaker glasses from Zenni.

My current prescription is:
R -3
L -3.75, c -.25, axis 070.

I was thinking I'd order two pairs.
Pair one:
-2
-2.75

Pair two:
-1
-1.75

But this won't account for my left eye becoming stronger. I'm doing some blocking and patching. Any suggestions welcome! Thanks in advance.

Either will be better than what you have. The astigmatism correction on your current ones is very small and worth doing away with.
