Manual
#1
Wink
Hello everybody,

I'm from the Netherlands and came across natural eyesight improvement a month ago. Reading a lot of Bates and looking at videos. My question is, is there a manual about what you have to pratice daily? I read a lot about Palming, Shifting, Swinging, reading Fineprint, etc, and how to do it. But how long does someone pratice daily and each of these components in the right order. Sorry for my habit, but I put things to do always in a list :-)

Thanks in advanced,

Marebos

Hi Marebos, good to see someone else from the Netherlands here.

I doubt you will find a manual about Bates practicing anywhere which describes the perfect sequence and amount of exercises to do. One of the reasons is that Bates is not only about exercises but also about changing your habits which caused your bad vision in the first place and changing your mindset. But you may want to take a look at David's method here on the site at http://www.iblindness.org/davids-method/ The different chapters cover the different aspects of the Bates method.
