You'd be far better off printing one of the many that are free online. (just google free snellen chart) There is a lot that goes into the design and geometry of an eye chart, the relative size of the characters, the spacing, the width of parts of the letters, the weight, etc. Even when printing a downloaded one with your own printer, you have to be careful to maintain the aspect ratio, and your ink may not be as black or as crisp, and it will fade over time. Ideally you want to spend a few dollars and get a high quality, durable one (or few) from a manufacturer that maintains good standards.
