I am talking about major improvent not flashes. I haven't gone to the docotor but I think that I have improved a little bit.

Improving your vision?

Why rely on some OD who is essentially hostile
to the Bates concept?  Why spend (and waste)
the money?

Why not just check your Snellen.

That way, you can post that you started at
20/100.

And had clear flashes to 20/60.

Then after four weeks of palming, and other
Bates methods, you can
read 20/40, with "flashes" to 20/20.

Why not call this vision-clearing, since you
see for yourself the results?

That is what Dr Bates said the he accomplished
in his first successful vision clearing (and
myopia prevention in schools).

If he could do it with these kids and their
Snellen -- why not you.

Going to the eye doctor causes some kind of strain,  because he treats your eyes separate from your body and mind.
