Tracking

I heard naruto say something about doing tracking.  What's tracking?

Tracking is keeping track of a moving object, usually something small. Not necessarily following every little movement with your eyes, but doing so well enough that you don't lose it. Doing this with something like a bug flying around can be a good exercise, because it gets you to not only pay attention to something small, but keep moving your gaze (central fixation).

But I'm not sure what naruto might have been talking about, so maybe he'll reply.
