1: Bates' Book. Is it truly the all-beating royal flush, the miracle cure that absolutely HAS to be read for progression in terms of visual acuity to occur? How effective is this book compared to the forum?
2: Palming. I don't get _Any_ relaxation these days froom 5-10 minute palming, despite me relaxing at best and peaceful scenery, and black letters, and deep, ABDOMINAL breathing.
3: Swinging. Is there any detailed description of how this should be done? The long swing explanation seems ambiguous to me.
4: Why is it that there are only 10 success stories out of a community of 371? This doesn't mean good news for the other 361 of us. Have any of us 361 experienced permanent improvement?
5: Are dreams supposed to help our visual acuity? In the morning, my vision is usually more cloudy than it is in the middle of day. How is this so?

Who said it was a miracle cure? But reading a book makes it a lot easier to discuss a topic instead of jumping into a discussion about it and expecting to learn only from that. It would also take you a lot longer to do it on the forum only, with everything being so disjointed and with different viewpoints. It's best to at least start with a consistent basis.
Have you tried 30 minutes of palming, and normal breathing instead of abdominal? Also see the Palming topic in the Method of the Month forum.
There are a couple extensive topics on the swing in the Method of the Month forum that may help.
As the description states, I reserve the success stories forum for those who have completely or almost completely recovered their vision, or significantly reduced a disease condition. Partial successes are too easy and don't sound very motivating to me. And while there are 371 registered users over the past couple years or whatever, you don't expect that they would all be active members of this forum, do you? Most come and go within a few weeks, as a passing interest. See the members tab and sort by date last active. Lastly, most people will fail at learning something like this over the internet - not enough comprehension or dedication or clear demonstration or observation, as with any method that involves changing the way you are using the way you currently are.
