Can Someone help me out here plz.Is the bates method (centralization,swinging,shifting etc..)is to be applied to everything we look at no matter how big or small, dim or light, color or colorless,moving fast or slow?Are these the principles to be used all day with everything?

It is integral that you try to use the Bates method at all times, so much so that it becomes a subconscious reflex, replacing the stress inducing habits with relaxing ones.
