I'd love to know more about sunning. Some say you can't do it indoors, but it is FREEZING here in New England right now! Some say to swing during sunning, some say to flap your hand over your eyes, and some say to just sit there. Thanks a lot!
If its too cold to go outside I would suggest full spectrum lighting which you can purchase here http://www.fullspectrumsolutions.com/ or anywhere you choose to buy it at. Its the best light you can use if there no way you can go outside, but the sun is always going to be the best light source in the world. Buy the highest watts to immate the power of the sun but do not go close to it.As your eyes get more and more adjusted to the strong light then you can gradually increase the distance.Only you know the best distance in which you should use it at.DO NOT STRAIN YOUR EYES, pushing yourself to take in the strong light will make your eyes worst.DO NOT STARE AT THE LIGHT!!!!!!!always close your eyes and move your head, chin to shoulder both sides,left and right, slowly. You can do a sandwich with palming,Example;5 mins sunning,5 mins palming,then repeat. This usually gets me relaxed.Thats what I know about sunning. Try that and see what results it gives you.
Sunning through a window is not recommended.As we all know when we take a magnifying glasses and the sun passes through it will intensify the light ray.This is similar to the window but to a lesser degree.It may cause permanent damage if you sun through a window.There other methods you should try if sunning is difficult to accomplish.All the methods for the cure of imperfect sight have one goal,and that is to produce and secure relaxation of the mind. Practice the other methods untill it is warm enough to go sunning outside.
