Infinity Swing?

The infinity swing is in TQ's book, but is it really all that useful? I feel like I've been practicing for a long time with very slow or no results. Is this one of the reasons Quackenbush is considered by some to be a fool?

I think I know the answer: The Swing is Universal, and anything that helps one notice it will improve the sight.

i found doing the swing often really produce a little improvement(not so much, but it has) to my vision. the effect comes to me right after i stop. and doing some swing before going to bed can relax the eyes so that they are not so uncomfortable whan sleeping.
