Do retainers or metal gear affect the relaxation of the eyes

Hi, I've heard that many people feel relaxation all around the body when they are palming or relaxing the eye muscles. Has anyone benefited from the bates method even while having braces or a retainer?

I have braces and have always had them since i started NVI....im not sure if it limits improvement but I can note that I had improved and am still improving

Yeah i have had benefits too. I dont wear a retainer in the daytime so i guess i was worrried about what it would do to my eyesight while i was sleeping. I'm glad your vision is improving too.
