You're right arocarty, slow and deep breaths are very calming and they are sure very important in regaining healthy vision because I have noticed that they relax whole body including eyes and face mus...

Yesterday night I noticed that palming is probably don't helping me. Why? Because I'm practicing palming every evening before sleep and after this I'm not seeing results like after continously closing...
