Ok, thanks. I've found that looking for 30 seconds helps me mentally free up and then my eyes follow, so ten seconds might be too short for me. I shall practice it further. Brent.

Hi, I went to an eye doctor and they just prescribed me glasses, same for both eyes, about +1.25 - I don't wear them. I think it would be astigmitism as Dave suggests then. How is this easy to corre...

Dave, I expect that my vision will be a good indication of whether my mental processess are natural, and vice versa. Meaning that correct mental processess will hopefully lead to my vision improving....

Hi Dave, Thanks for the reply, that does go some way to answering my question. I guess I've been in the bad habit of staring at whole objects in the distance rather than exploring them with my eyes....
