Esther Joy van der Werf’s latest book is now out and available on Amazon!
Esther has traveled the world teaching people to improve their vision in workshops and personal sessions. She is the owner of visionsofjoy.org, one of the first major sites on vision improvement, and incorporates methods and knowledge from several different areas, including the Bates method, in her work.
Her previous book for people with farsightedness, Read Without Glasses at Any Age, has 4.7 stars on Amazon.
She has basically put everything else she knows into this book, Optimal Eyesight, covering nearsightedness, computer vision syndrome, astigmatism, night blindness and other topics.
