i palm for a short period of time, 5 minutes, then stop, then 10 minutes later do it again
this works much better than my previous technique.

even palming 3 minutes, then 10 minutess later is, worked a little
i DEFINITELY could for a split second see more lines on the chart,
this guy on youtube has posted lots of bates method videos
