hi all how are you?
i am a new member here
i just want some help pleaes
my vision is about -6D in both eyes and i am trying to do those exercises
i made that 3 cup exercise and the clock rotation exercise
what i am looking for is other helpful exercises
can anyone tell me what to do exactly
i need someone to guide me all the way till my vision improves
so can i find this one here?
