Dear bkowalski ,
You are correct. Reducing my food "intake" has resulted
in loose fit for clothes.
I would say this is (analogy) like a clear-flash. It tells
that you are on the right path.
Also, weight-loss, and vision-clearing are FREE, FREE, FREE -- thanks
to David's commitment to the concept.
So I think it must be a balance between "clear flashes", (where
you judge youself) but also, objective reading of your
Snellen.
But you hit on the major point. Each of us must work
his way to HIS OWN TRUTH about these non-medical
methods. That is why it is so difficult.
I gave up on these majority-opinion ODs a long time
ago. Bates gave up also -- for the same reason.
That leaves it to you to figure out how to clear
your Snellen, becaus that is the final requirements.
