If Im being honest, I dont fully understand the other exercises. Sunning for up to an hour a day, and I am Palming about 30 minutes a day. I know about the short swing, long swing aswell, so If im not doing enough, can someone explain the other exercises to me a simple way ?

Those are both passive exercises that are a good first step, but you're just screwing yourself by not following them up with something real. See here:
