now, i've been doing it for 2 weeks and i think my vision has gotten better. when i do a tight hard blink and hold it for 2-3 seconds and open my eyes, i can see 20/10 until i blink! isn't that amazin...

i tried something today. i was sunning for about 2 minutes and went directly into palming with no break for 2 minutes. while i was palming i saw blue, that turned into purple, then gray. after i opene...

hi, i have been practicing the bates method for 2 weeks and no real improvement has been produced. my eyes are -1.00 in the left and -1.75 in the right. i palm for an hour or two everyday and practice...
