problem with black dot

I have 20/40
I must remember perfect dot to start doing central fixation ?
I have better vision but even on walls or anything else i have blurs.
There is question. I must remember better dot and blurs from walls gone or not ?

Shift on the dot to maintain a clear mental and visual image of the dot.
If you dont want to practice with the dot; practice with any pleasant object.
Shift on it in the imagination: eyes open, closed, open.
You can imagine the object you are looking at is clear, and shift on it or imagine any other object, shifting on it in the mind and just let the eyes shift on their own when open looking at a object. Think something pleasant. Let the mind drift to happy thoughts, scenes in the imagination.
The object you are looking at will become clear.
Let the eyes move about the scenery. Avoid looking at one object for a long time.
