Thanks. I placed a new extra central fixation video on today. Basically same with more explainations.
Hand pointer is a bit slow with audio so read the clip: "green dot is the center of the visual field".
Will be on in about about 30 minutes.

Do you have to move your head along with your eyes, even for the smallest adjustments or just moving your eyes around is fine?

For small, tiny eye movements just let the head, neck stay relaxed and let small movements of the head occur with the eyes naturally. Dont feel that you must activate it for every single eye movement. That happens subconsciously, automatically, is a flowing, easy, continous 'with the eyes movement'. You will feel it when it happens. It is a feeling of release and ease as compared to the neck, head being stiff, immobile while the eyes are shifting on a letter...
Just be sure the head/face, neck are relaxed, no tension, not rigid, never stiff. Let them move a little even if its a micro movement with a very small eye movement. Once the neck, head and eyes relax, they will move 'on their own'. You will also notice the posture; neck, head, shoulders, back will suddenly relax, align.
I do move my head with the eyes even when shifting on a small o up close or a distant leaf on a tree... and it is relaxing.
Watch kids, people that have clear vision. When they are drawing, painting, coloring and looking at small objects at close and far distances; see how their eyes move, and the amount of head movement.
