Yes.

Just make you're legs aren't flat they have to be up bent at the knees. Palming while lying down is almost like combining the semi-supine position in the Alexander technique with palming.

If your arms get tired put something under them.

I sleep on my side and like to palm whilst dozing in the morning. I do one eye at a time and rest both hands on the eye closest to the pillow with the other eye uncovered. I then turn over and repeat on the other eye. I find this relaxing and can feel the energy flowing through my body.

I am Reiki 1 attuned and view this a self healing. With Reiki 1 you basically place your hands on your body and after a moment the healing energy flows. The Reiki energy coming in through the crown chakra so you don't need a straight back for it to work.
