Place two mirrors or other very reflective surfaces (e.g., two unlabeled cd's) on either side of you, positioned so that they reflect the overhead lighting across your eyes/face. This will help you to adjust your position/orientation/visual plane and train you to move/shift/fight/relax/use your eyes together for improved visual development. U Kan Du Eeet!!!
