Hi fuggles

When you start NVI you have approach it with the understanding of what to expect from it and how long it takes.

The way you SPAM this mailing list tells me that NVI may not for you. There is no easy fix.

How many more people do you need to tell you this.

Regards
Mike

I think he's asking valid questions; he's just trying to get a sense of the various options and their benefits. As for this question, I believe some vision improvement writers call that pumping.

does that make sense ?

Place two mirrors or other very reflective surfaces (e.g., two unlabeled cd's) on either side of you, positioned so that they reflect the overhead lighting across your eyes/face. This will help you to adjust your position/orientation/visual plane and train you to move/shift/fight/relax/use your eyes together for improved visual development. U Kan Du Eeet!!!

Sorry, no. You are smart enough to post 137 times, and therefore smart enough to figure things out for yourself. You need to 'grow up'. Maybe that means 'raise your visual plane'. Whatever. Quit feeding off of us. Like a leech. Or an unweaned 21 year old. Come back and post some more AFTER you've achieved some great success. Until then, sayonara.
