In this video I share with you a program I have been using recently to improve my eyesight naturally. This includes specific eyedrops, exercises, and supplements. Total time invested per day is less than 5 or 10 minutes.

For Bates' sake! How these stuff are supposed to eliminate the MENTAL strain?

Ok, cocaine drops or anything that paralyzes eye muscles will have an effect, but nothing of the above can eliminate mental strain permanently. Lysergic Acid Diethylamide, or Hallucinogen Mushrooms can really bomb out your imagination to a point that you will feel psychedelic thing happen and the whole experience can be something like dreaming in reality. Maybe we should take them?

You can't be cured from eyestrain by consuming stuff. Strain is mental. some stuff help us relax or have effects on nervous system, but a cure with them alone simply is not going to happen. Is like the guy who takes anti-depressants for a lifetime and his depression never goes away.

Better invest five minutes on palming and another five at looking on details.
