Stunt progress

Hello everyone good to see you all.
I post again after almost 7 month of practising bates.
After what i posted in succes story threads, i am now still have no further improvement that i am aware off.
Am i going the same way with other that not succeded?
Well at least my eye is not worsen. If i use my actual prescription it feel very sharp which is a good sign. Other good sign is if iam doing a near point activity such as eating while having my glass, my eye feel strained so i usually take off my glass if i m going to eat or other near point activity.

I still palming although it is now less frequent.

Not give up yet...
