no axis change for weaker glasses?

So if I am getting weaker glasses should I get a weaker axis? My axis change is -.25 and 40 for my left eye should that be lower as well or just not have one at all?

Not sure what you mean by "axis change" but you can't just change the axis of the cylinder in your prescription. You could lower the cylinder power but not the axis angle.

Technically you can change the angle, but without previously evaluating the axis, it'd only make things really bad. But with that low of a cylinder power, I'd drop it completely (no I am not a medical professional).
