TV and PC...

I was wondering, is it okay if I used my PC (with LCD) for an hour every two days....while it affect the Bates method? ???

1 hour every 2 days? I think it's fine. From what I've read just look at something distant every 10-20 mins.

AFAIK, TV and PC (and whatever) itself is not the reason of eye strain, but your incorrect habit of looking on the screen is. The proof is that many people work with PC but not all of them develop myopia. If you practise correct eyesight habits, you can apply Bates even on PC or TV screen.

Although I agree that at first you may try to reduce the time of working with PC and TV, just in case if you can't momentarily change your habit, and make regular breaks while working.
