I dont see a place on this forum to ask questions so here it is.

A person who is near sighted, their eyes are not nice and round, their eyes are oval so that they focus ahead of the retina instead of on the retina. So in order for these "methods" to work they would have to either change the shape of the eye or the shape of the lens.

Do these methods do this??
